• All buildings in the commercial area will be with Mediterranean theme.

• This will be the first Commercial Subdivision in Negros with a theme.

• For better order and convenience, commercial lots will have easements for better movement of customers, more planting strips and for existing parking or future parking expansions.

• For optimum use of the space, limitation on the height will also be imposed.
